Wheelchair Access Policy
The Tivoli has one stair climber that is suitable for use with most non electric wheelchairs. The Tivoli has 3 wheelchair accessible spaces in the Stalls.
If you need assistance please call the theatre and arrive 30 minutes before the show starts and we will be delighted to help.
Assistance with Hearing
We have a hearing loop installed in our auditorium. Please switch your hearing device to the T position in order to use the system.
Opening Hours
The Tivoli Theatre doors and bars are normally open 30 minutes before performance times.
Bars
The Tivoli has 3 bars, one located on each level. We have a range of alcoholic / non-alcoholic drinks, soft drinks, teas and coffees. We also offer crisps, chocolate, sweets, and ice cream for sale.
Babies in Arms Policy
Children under 2 years are free for performances sold with reserved seating, provided they can sit on their parent’s knees. If you wish your child to have a seat of their own, a ticket must be bought. Please note that regardless of age, any person deemed to be disruptive to the audience may be asked to leave the auditorium at the discretion of the Duty Manager (without refund).
We also provide a limited number of booster seats.
Children under 16
All under 16s must be accompanied by an adult (over 18) at Tivoli shows.
Smoking Policy
Customers are not permitted to smoke on the premises, this includes any form of electronic cigarette or other artificial smoking devices. Please note that any person breaking this rule may be asked to leave the venue at the discretion of the Duty Manager (without refund).
