The Tivoli is Aberdeen’s oldest existing theatre, opening in 1872 as Her Majesty’s Opera House and then renamed the Tivoli  Theatre of Varieties in 1910. The Tivoli has been regarded as the people’s variety theatre and has been in the hearts of the people of Scotland since 1872.
